Thy Kingdom Network provides computer systems design, computer integrated systems design, and professional technical services. These include but are not limited to enterprise system architecture, software and hardware integration, IT infrastructure assessment, technical project management, and managed operations support. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are documented in separate service agreements or Statements of Work.
3. User Obligations
As a user of our website or services, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of any credentials provided, use our services in compliance with applicable laws, and refrain from any activity that disrupts our systems or infringes on the rights of others.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, designs, code, documentation, and deliverables produced by Thy Kingdom Network remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, tools, or systems.

7. Limitation of Liability
Thy Kingdom Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six-month period preceding the event.

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding mediation under the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada before resorting to litigation. Each party bears its own mediation costs.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
